Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite Operations

At Principal Financial Group, we are searching for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our Hyderabad team as a Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite. Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Associate - Enterprise Worksite, you will:

  • Liaise with vendors for various service requirements including technical, housekeeping, security, helpdesk, canteen, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendor supervisors for effective labor deployment and job allocation.
  • Identify gaps in existing services and develop improvement plans.
  • Assist guests with food and local travel coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Prepare and adhere to planned preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
  • Identify, plan, and coordinate site maintenance and repair for all equipment.
  • Review delivery schedules, and verify quantity and quality before approving invoices/POs.
  • Support the Facility Manager in completing budgets.
  • Assess vendor partners’ performance in collaboration with the Facility Manager.
  • Provide timely responses to employees' concerns and queries.
  • Manage Employee Transport services, including transport tool handling, routing, and grievance management.
  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Maintain an inventory of facilities assets and equipment, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.
  • Possess basic knowledge in MEP and technical activities.
  • Maintain statutory compliance documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduation degree (mandatory).
  • 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
  • Any additional certifications would be an added advantage.
