Position Description

As a technical member of Micron’s ASIC Verification team, you will have a key role in development of advanced verification components for complex SOC designs, while ensuring on time delivery with best-in-class quality. Typical tasks include: development of new simulation environments, execution of verification plans while interfacing with design teams, and debugging complex problems. You must be familiar with constrained random verification and functional coverage closure. Additionally, you will be a self-starter, possess excellent analytical and problem solving/debugging skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• ASIC/FPGA design verification experience with UVM methodologies
• Developing UVM-based SystemVerilog test-benches.
• Defining block, sub-system or SOC top level verification plans.
• Understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies, flows and quality metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great interpersonal communication skills.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other peers in verbal and written form
• Experience with python programming language
• A proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  
  

Education Required

• M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

• An expert level with developing UVM-based SV test-benches.
• Relevant experience with IP level verification, techniques and methodologies.
• Experienced with defining block, sub-system and/or SOC top level test plans.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies, flows and quality metrics.
