Job Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in Java and/or Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Required: Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs in an enterprise context, including:
- Applying responsible AI practices (data privacy, security, compliance, model evaluation, bias and safety considerations).
- Experience with OCI Generative AI or comparable enterprise platforms is a plus. When leveraging third-party AI services, ensure alignment with Oracle security and compliance guidelines.
- Strong technical design, programming, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and product knowledge.
- Demonstrated teamwork, self-motivation, customer focus, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours to address critical customer issues.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP/financial applications, such as Oracle Fusion, are highly desirable.
As a member of ERP product development division, you will
- Utilize Java, Oracle PL/SQL or any Oracle Development Framework and deliver high quality code.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues related to ERP Financials, ensuring timely resolution and bug fix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Oracle ERP Financials.
- Design and implement new product features within the existing software architecture.
- Develop automated unit tests.
- Design and integrate LLM-powered capabilities to develop an AI agent that enhances ERP financials.
Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
