About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered engineering solutions. The candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to build scalable software products that improve engineering productivity, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Create unit tests, integration tests, and support quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, security, and DevOps.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents.
• Experience with Github/Anthropic skills, evals, logging frameworks
• Knowledge of Python, React, Node.js, FastAPI.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of SDLC automation and engineering productivity tools.
