Job Description

This is a permanent role with on of the biggest IT Services & Consulting Enterprise - A valued client of Hallmark Search Partners.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable code that follows best practices while establishing coding standards and team conventions.
• Advocate for developer experience and work toward continuous improvements in that area.
• Foster a blameless culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Lead and influence the technical design, architecture, and development of digital projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to understand project challenges and define technical scopes.
• Set up software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor fellow engineers within the Two Circles team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.
  
  

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in software engineering.
• Solid understanding of C# and .NET and TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience using Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, including document-oriented databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with software architecture principles and common design patterns for scalable systems.
• Understanding of DevOps and platform engineering culture is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across various audiences.
  
  

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Keen interest in sports and the sports business sector.
• Familiarity with technologies that enhance data analytics and user engagement.
  
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development engineering.
