The role provides Application support for SAP-based logistics and maintenance processes, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement across Yard Management, Filling Execution, and Enterprise Asset Management (SAP PM).


Key Responsibilities :

• ITSM Support: Receive, prioritize and document incidents and service requests, capturing impact, steps to reproduce and evidence. Analyze complex functional issues across warehouse and inventory processes, including configuration, logs, interfaces and dependencies.
• Standard issue resolution: Resolve user issues, authorization questions, errors and transaction problems using defined procedures and knowledge articles. Get supported by AI features for ticket handling support.
• Cross-team coordination: Work with cross teams to resolve technical defects, interface failures and performance issues.
• Change and release support: Support approved fixes, configuration changes, testing, transport preparation, release activities and cutover support.
• Operational excellence: Maintain runbooks, support documentation and knowledge base articles to improve first-time resolution and system stability.
• Problem management: Being able to early identify recurring issues and define PDCA to able to resolve problems
• Escalation management: Escalate to Level 3 or development teams where required, providing full diagnostics, evidence and business impact assessment.
• Service Excellence: Collaborate with users to identify improvement opportunities, provide consultancy, and drive service excellence.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications :

• Above 3-4 years of experience in SAP application support, preferably in logistics, warehouse management or inventory management environments.
• Good functional knowledge of Yard Management, Filling Execution, and Enterprise Asset Management (SAP PM).
• Strong experience with ITSM processes, ticket handling, incident management, change management and structured troubleshooting.
• Basic technical understanding of SAP logs, jobs, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs and integration monitoring.
• Basic understanding, monitoring and error handling for APIs, Kafka streams
• Strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and clear communication in English.
