SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role

Turium AI is looking for an experienced, implementation-certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Hyderabad team and support the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing improvement of enterprise HR and payroll solutions.

This is a hands-on consulting role. We are looking for someone who can work directly with customers and delivery teams, understand business requirements, configure SuccessFactors modules, troubleshoot issues and take ownership of delivery. This is not a position focused only on high-level architecture or documentation.

You will work across SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise integrations and Turium AI products to help customers modernise, automate and improve their HR processes. You will collaborate with teams across India and Australia and support major enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with HR, payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
• Prepare configuration workbooks, functional specifications, process documentation and test materials.
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, notifications and approval processes.
• Manage role-based permissions and security configurations.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Design and support integrations with payroll, finance, identity-management and third-party systems.
• Work with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData services and middleware teams.
• Perform system testing and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-production stabilisation.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with distributed delivery teams across Hyderabad, Australia and other locations.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using Turium AI products and capabilities.

Relevant SuccessFactors Modules

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• Employee Central Payroll
• Recruiting and Onboarding
• Performance and Goals
• Compensation
• Learning Management System
• Time Tracking and Time Off
• Succession and Development
• Workforce Analytics and Reporting

Required Experience

• At least four years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting or implementation experience.
• Current SAP SuccessFactors certification relevant to the candidate’s functional specialisation.
• Experience delivering at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations or major upgrades.
• Strong functional configuration experience in Employee Central and at least one additional module.
• Good understanding of HR, payroll, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, MDF objects, foundation objects and role-based permissions.
• Experience with data migration tools, Integration Center, APIs and reporting.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with technical developers and integration teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and remain accountable for assigned deliverables.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.

Desirable Experience

• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications across multiple modules.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Indian and international payroll requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with identity platforms, payroll systems, finance systems and other enterprise applications.
• Experience working with large enterprise or government customers.
• Understanding of privacy, security, audit and data-residency requirements.
• Experience supporting customers across Australia, India or other international markets.
• Interest in applying AI and intelligent automation to HR processes.
