Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

SAP IS Oil Downstream Consultant with good experience in Oil & Gas Downstream business processes and with experience of at least 2 or more SAP IS oil Implementations end to end. Should be able to architect solutions in SAP OIL & Gas area bringing in technical, functional, and process expertise related to SAP components in Oil Industry Specific areas.

Should be able to lead small cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite and offshore.

Should be strong in SAP SD or MM along with IS OIL downstream modules like HPM, MAP - F&A Pricing, TDP and Exchanges.

Good understanding and knowledge of SAP S4HANA features along with UI5 / FIORI features is desirable.

Experience in Fuel retail processes will be an added advantage, particularly in using SAP components such as SDM & RFNO.

What You’ll Get To Do

Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP IS-Oil Downstream solutions such as HPM, MAP, EXG and TDP.

Lead end-to-end implementation cycles for SAP IS-Oil Downstream projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

Provide expertise in the Hydrocarbon value chain, including oil trading and commodity pricing from External Price Quotes.

Ensure data management practices are in line with SAP IS OIL standards.

Facilitate training and support for end-users to maximize system utilization.

What You’ll Bring With You

5+ years of experience in SAP IS-Oil Downstream implementation.

Proven experience in handling at least 2 end-to-end implementation cycles.

Strong domain knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.

Deep understanding of the Hydrocarbon value chain, including primary and secondary distribution.

Expertise in energy/oil downstream business processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of data management within SAP IS OIL downstream business processes.
