Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP

SAP PM/EAM within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role requires regular travel to meet client needs.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the PM/EAM space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP PM/EAM, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in SAP PM/EAM You will lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
• Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance. Integration with MM / QM / PP / FICO modules and with external applications.
• Sound knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
• Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans.
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP – Plant Maintenance and ability to Lead the team.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance-,Calibration process, Refurbishment Process
• Hands on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing
• Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Ability to configure SAP PM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Clients Standards & Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering
• Minimum two e2e Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects
• 10+ Yrs. of Relevant experience
