SAP Emarsys Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Emarsys Marketing Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Emarsys. The role requires deep expertise in marketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies, with the ability to consult, configure, and optimize SAP Emarsys solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Emarsys implementations and enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Gather business requirements and design customized marketing automation solutions.
• Configure and manage Emarsys modules including Lifecycle, Interactions, Web Extend, Intelligent Offers, Personalization, and Predict.
• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Web, In-App).
• Develop customer segmentation, automated workflows, and personalized campaigns.
• Provide strategic consulting to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
• Integrate Emarsys with ERP & CDPs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics-driven optimization.
• Train business users and create documentation, best practices, and SOPs.
• Support and troubleshoot Emarsys implementations.
  
  
  

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Emarsys (end-to-end implementations, campaign management, and configuration).
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, automation programs, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience in data integration, API connectivity, and CRM/ERP integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver results.
• SAP Emarsys certification or other relevant marketing automation certifications.
  
  
  

• Exposure to SAP Marketing Cloud (C/4HANA).
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and CDP concepts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field.
