JOB TITLE: SAP CX Senior Manager

Experience Required : 15+ years

Location – Hyderabad/ Pune/ Hybrid

Shift timings: EST – (5PM – 2AM IST)

Basic Requirement across all roles: All the resources should have had hands on experience of implementing and maintaining end to end Commerce Cloud (CCV2) Platform on Azure.

Commerce Functional

• Should have 5+ years of experience as Functional Architect for leading multiple, full lifecycle project implementations.
• Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
• Should have strong Commerce Functional expertise and should have worked extensively in implementing Commerce Cloud Integrating with S4
• 12+ years of C/4HANA Commerce project implementation experience
• Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP C/4HANA cloud, (Marketing/Sales/ Service/Commerce cloud ) products and the ability to research & apply business best practices
• Preferred SAP C/4 Hana Certifications – SAP Commerce Cloud Solution Architect
• Should be able to handle the CX team
  
  

The members should have hands on experience on following tools/processes

• Commerce development and delivery landscape: Azure DevOps (Git – Pull and Push), Development (D1) landscape
• Atlassian JIRA (user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans)
• Atlassian Confluence – central repository for all documents, artifacts, design deliverables
• MS-Project or SmartSheet – cloud-based project management tool
• MS Teams/Zoom/Google Meet – collaboration and web conference
• Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
