As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional business application consulting services within our SAP Technology practice. You will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements by providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP. Responsibilities

• Leading client support initiatives within the SAP Technology domain to drive business transformation
• Managing SAP Core ERP projects, focusing on process optimization and improvement
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Implementing strategic technology planning to align with global trends and client needs
• Analyzing complex business proposals to develop actionable recommendations
• Coaching team members to foster professional growth and ownership of development
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate consensus and positive outcomes
• Addressing sub-standard work and aligning deliverables with client expectations
• Developing perspectives on globalization impacts and integrating them into client strategies
• Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all engagements
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
• Building trusted relationships through effective communication and teamwork
