SAP BTP Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

Understand functional specifications, and develop technical objects accordingly

Collaborate with the Functional Teams to analyze business requirements, processes, and deliverables

Provide RCA, troubleshooting and ongoing support

Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents (UTD)

Key Qualifying Experience:

Develop Cloud-Native Solutions on SAP BTP and S/4HANA using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)

Design and implement Clean Core extensions for S/4HANA Private Cloud to ensure future-proof upgrades

Create optimized Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP Procedures and OData services for Fiori UI applications

Implement integration scenarios using Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PIPO, API management, REST/SOAP services

Integrating systems using APIs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ABAP on HANA

Fiori Apps and Debugging

Demonstrated experience in ABAP WRICEF

Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI, RFC, Proxy, File)

Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots)

Conversions (LSMW/DMC)

Forms (Smart Forms/Cloud Adobe Forms)

Reports (ALV / Fiori Elements)

ABAP Objects

Understanding of Retail Industry business processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

SAP Certifications in BTP or SAP Cloud Platform (preferred)
