• Be the process architect to lead process discovery, whiteboarding sessions, leveraging AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks to design adaptive, self-optimizing workflows. with senior business stakeholders.
• Deliver process discovery or improvement projects through hybrid process mining, AI agents, and GenAI-based insight generation.
• Work on market leading process mining and AI-based orchestration platforms (Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.).
• Design and deploy autonomous process agents that interact with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements and AI-prompt engineering logic for contextual decisioning layers, for the implementation of technology solutions for the client.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of industry trends, SAP transformation journey, new technologies, and tools.
• Contribute to creation of agentic accelerators, AI-powered assets, and reusable process blueprints.
• Aid in assets, accelerator, use case creation and enhancement.
• Function as a bridge between business, data science, and engineering teams to co-develop AI-powered process solutions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and display ability to solve complex business problems.
• Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.
• Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes.

• MBA from Tier 1 B-school
• 4+ years of experience across process intelligence, process automation, and digital transformation (process mining, AI agents, or GenAI-based analytics).
• Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool, such as Celonis/Signavio and so on
• Certified expertise as functional value architect for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, Power automate process mining.
• Experience conceptualizing and deploying agentic or AI-assisted workflows for process optimization. Exposure to GenAI prompt design, model orchestration, or LLM-based insight generation will be a strong plus.
• Experience with RPA, GenAI, AI, or orchestration of multi-agent workflows preferred.
• Good understanding/experience of process mining in SAP transformations or if you have supported mining/process design/journey definition initiatives in SAP projects.
• Industry domain experience is desirable in industries like Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech industries.
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modelling, process discovery, process analysis and insights
• Experience in implementing governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.
• Effective communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
