Salesforce Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Salesforce Project Manager to manage day-to-day delivery for an

internal Salesforce development team, working in close partnership with a Program Manager

who owns overall program scope, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment. This role focuses on

execution, team coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure commitments are met with quality

and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of Salesforce development work for the internal dev team
  
  

• Partner with the Program Manager to translate program plans into sprint-level execution
  
  

• Plan and track sprint activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  
  

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  
  

• Track progress, risks, and blockers; escalate issues to the Program Manager as needed
  
  

• Maintain delivery plans, status reports, and action items
  
  

• Support release coordination and deployment readiness
  
  

• 15+ years of experience managing Salesforce or enterprise application projects
  
  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycles and release processes
  
  

• Experience managing internal Salesforce development teams
  
  

• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models
  
  

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
