Salesforce Architect

• The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Lead solution design workshops and gather technical and business requirements.
• Define application architecture, data model, integration architecture, and security model.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and technical teams.
• Develop scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Establish Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance.
• Perform code reviews and ensure application quality and performance.
• Design CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Copado.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and DevOps teams.
• Support release planning, deployment strategies, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise.
  
  

Strong expertise in: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model, Flows and Process Automation

Hands-on experience with: REST & SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Connect, Integration Patterns, OAuth, MuleSoft or similar integration platforms

Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform optimization.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and design patterns.

Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Highly Preferred), Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architect, Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Architect, Salesforce Data Architect & Salesforce Identity & Access Management Architect

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
