Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at APPORTALS. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. Your expertise in the app portals domain combined with your strong leadership skills will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the app portals domain.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors offerings to effectively position APPORTALS solutions in the market.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize sales operations.
  • Demonstrate leadership by staying motivated, setting a positive example, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the app portals or mobile app development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the app portals domain, mobile technologies, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the app portals domain.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage sales activities, track leads, and measure performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
