We help brands, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers streamline their order-to-cash processes using AI and WhatsApp Business. About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive revenue through consultative B2B selling. You'll work with brands, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers — understanding their operational bottlenecks and positioning ZoTok as the fix.

This is a 100% inside sales role from our Hyderabad office — no field work. Every business you speak with has a different pain point. Your job is to diagnose it fast and close the deal.

Location: Hyderabad - Office Based, 5 days WFO

What You Will Do

• Own the cycle: Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure — calls, demos, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closure.
• Run demos: Conduct sharp discovery calls and product demos with qualified prospects. We have completed 2,000+ demos in the last 6 months — you will add to that.
• Understand deeply: Get into customer workflows around orders, invoices, payments, ERP and supply chain — then position ZoTok's AI and WhatsApp automation as the solution.
• Stay on top: Manage outreach and follow-ups across WhatsApp, email and calls. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM updates.
• Close & grow: Handle objections, negotiate confidently and drive opportunities to closure. Work closely with internal teams to move deals forward.

• Clarity on Calls & Chats: You can hold a live call and drive a WhatsApp thread with absolute sharpness to keep deals moving.
• Consultative Pitching: You think on your feet, diagnose unique business bottlenecks instantly, and position WhatsApp automation as the fix.
• Industry Context: B2B, distribution, FMCG/GT, supply chain, or SaaS — you already know how brands move goods to market.
• Ownership: Strong problem-solving, follow-through and execution. You don't wait to be told — you drive.
  
  

Essesntial Skills

• Experience: 2–7 years in B2B, SaaS, ERP, fintech or technology sales.
• Selling: Consultative selling, objection handling, pipeline management and closures.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with business users and decision-makers.
• Plus: ERP, SaaS, payments, invoicing, supply chain, FMCG, distribution or WhatsApp/AI background is a strong advantage.
