About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with strong experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, and end-to-end sales management. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with closing deals and have proven experience in leading, training, and managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end SaaS & B2B sales: lead generation, product demos, solutions pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Manage a team of Sales Executives/BDMs; provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client handling.

Build long-term relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts.

Monitor sales KPIs, maintain dashboards, and report performance insights to leadership.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the region.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement and feedback.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in SaaS sales + B2B sales.

Proven track record managing the complete sales cycle independently.

Experience in team handling, mentoring, and training is mandatory.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong network and understanding of the regional B2B market preferred.

Excellent: English, Hindi, and one or more regional languages are a must.

Business travel is Mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Experience selling B2B SaaS products / enterprise solutions.

Leadership, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
