Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target IT staffing and project-based opportunities within KSA enterprises, government organizations, and multinational companies.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans tailored to the KSA market and client needs.

Business Development

  • Engage with C-level executives, HR heads, and IT decision-makers to pitch IT staffing and project solutions.
  • Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to establish the company as a trusted IT partner.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service and relationship-building.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Stay updated on KSA-specific market trends, IT project demands, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team to refine service offerings for the Saudi market.
  • Monitor competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT staffing or project sales, preferably in KSA.
  • Strong network of HR professionals, procurement teams, and IT leaders in KSA.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of KSA labor laws, Saudization requirements, and visa processes.
  • Familiarity with IT project lifecycles and staffing models (contractual, permanent, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
