Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire IT staffing opportunities in enterprises across the GCC market.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers, including HR, procurement heads, and department managers.
  • Develop and execute region-specific outreach and sales strategies.

Sales Execution

  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure.
  • Present customized IT staffing solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely onboarding of staffing requirements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the primary contact for all client communication and escalations.
  • Foster trust and credibility to position the company as a preferred staffing partner.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct research to understand the regions IT staffing trends, regulations, and competition.
  • Share market intelligence and provide strategic input to the leadership team for refining offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT staffing sales, with GCC market exposure.
  • Strong understanding of GCC labor laws, visa regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive network of HR heads, procurement teams, and IT department managers in GCC enterprises.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of VMS/MSP systems and their integration in staffing solutions.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Arabic is a plus).
