About The Role -

Techdome is hiring driven, tech-curious Sales Executives to help startups and Fortune 500 clients adopt cutting-edge product solutions. This is a great fit for fresh MBA graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a modern, AI-integrated sales career — not just push products, but solve real business problems for clients.

What You'll Do -

• Identify and convert prospective customers for Techdome's technical product lines
• Understand client needs and recommend the right product solutions
• Run product demos and presentations (online and in-person)
• Own your pipeline — follow up on leads from marketing platforms, and referrals
• Draft quotations and proposals, and close deals
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily to speed up prospecting, pitch-writing, and follow-ups
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Partner with product, ops, and support teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor moves
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
  

• MBA in Sales/Marketing (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong communicator and negotiator — confident, curious, self-driven
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel/MS Office
• Genuine interest in tech-enabled sales and AI tools
