As an SDR, youll be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and scheduling sales opportunities for our expert team. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our training solutions.
  • Schedule Sales Appointments: Collaborate with the sales team to book high-value client meetings and ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilise CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate data for decision-making.
  • Research and Strategise: Analyse company data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend targeted outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, solutions, and service teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a US outbound sales process, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
