About The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving business growth by being the first point of contact for potential clients. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects while building strong relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
Success in this role means consistently generating qualified sales opportunities, effectively communicating the value of NetCom Learning’s training solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales team to accelerate revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority
Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand training and upskilling requirements
Schedule high-quality sales meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM systems
Research target accounts, industries, and market trends to optimize outreach strategies
Collaborate with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion rates
Functional Skills
What we are looking for:
Strong outbound sales experience in the US market (IT / SaaS preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US outbound sales (B2B/B2C – IT or SaaS preferred)
