Recruitment Notification – Engagement of Professional for a Health Sector Project

The Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for engagement on a contractual basis for a project in the Health Sector. The engagement is purely project-based and contractual in nature.

Role : Research Associate

Required Qualification

Master's Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution.

Key Job Description

• Support research, documentation and compilation of evidence for indicator verification.
• Review policy documents, programme guidelines, administrative records and secondary data.
• Assist in data compilation, report writing and preparation of verification reports.
• Support field verification activities, stakeholder consultations and project documentation.
  
  

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in research, policy analysis, programme support or monitoring & evaluation assignments.
• Experience in literature review, documentation, data compilation and technical report writing.
• Experience in Government, public health or development sector projects is desirable.
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

• Overall project management including planning and coordination and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitoring, evaluation, verification and validation of programme activities.
• Development of verification methodologies, sampling strategies and analytical frameworks.
• Field assessments, stakeholder consultations and documentation.
• Data analysis, report preparation and evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordination with Government departments and other stakeholders.
• Any other project-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the project.
• Posting will ordinarily be in Hyderabad. However, extensive travel within the and outside the State, will be part of the assignment.

The selection process may comprise one or more of the following stages:

• Scrutiny of applications.
• Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant experience.
• Interview
• Verification of original certificates and credentials.
