Job Title: REPORTING AND ANALYTICS LEAD

Purpose of the role

  • The opportunity is to lead the transition and enablement of cross-functional PowerApp, data, and dashboard projects from delivery into business-as-usual, ensuring they deliver sustained value and measurable outcomes. You’ll define and implement robust governance models, operational handover processes, and adoption strategies that turn innovative solutions into trusted, everyday tools for the business.
  • You’ll work closely with business owners, data engineering teams, platform specialists, and risk partners to ensure every solution is operationally ready, user-friendly, and governed for long-term success. This includes driving change management, building training and engagement plans, and establishing feedback loops to continuously improve usability and relevance.
  • Over time, you’ll help build a mature digital service management capability—where PowerAPP, dashboards, and data workflows are treated as products with clear SLAs, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement. Success in this role will be visible through higher adoption rates, stronger controls, fewer escalations, and sustained business value from ORBIT deliveries.

In This Role, You Will

  • The candidate will deliver on the implementation of the framework through following activities below. Own the BAU transition framework for digital and analytics solutions moving from project delivery into steady-state operations. Define and enforce handover standards including runbooks, SOPs, access models, support workflows, and ownership. Ensure operational readiness across process, people, technology, and controls prior to go-live.
  • Establish and run governance for digital assets including dashboards, portals, workflows, and business-facing tools. Define standards for release management, versioning, approvals, change control, and audit traceability. Partner with risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure controls are embedded in BAU processes. Lead delivery strategy for key digital solutions, ensuring uptake across business and operational teams. Drive change management including communications, training, user guidance, and engagement plans. Build a structured feedback loop to continuously improve usability, relevance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the business-facing enablement lead for portals, data entry tools, and dashboards. Ensure solutions are designed for operational usability, intuitive navigation, and consistent user experience. Coordinate with platform owners and developers to implement enhancements and manage BAU changes. Define and manage service KPIs for BAU solutions: availability, incidents, turnaround times, user satisfaction, and adoption. Run operational governance cadences (weekly/monthly) including incident reviews, change reviews, and performance reporting. Ensure clear support ownership across teams and suppliers with escalation paths and SLAs.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and drive root-cause resolution through process and automation improvements. Maintain a BAU enhancement backlog and prioritise changes based on value, risk, and user impact. Ensure solutions remain aligned to evolving business needs without compromising governance.
  • Deliver thru collaboration and influence across a high-performing team focused on data, value addition, and operational excellence. Develop talent and technical standards across the data and analytics lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Promote best practices in data management, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including business stakeholders, platform owners, and external partners, to deliver digital and analytics solutions. Set clear development priorities, performance expectations, and accountability measures for all contributors. Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. Report regularly on project status, maintain project documentation, and ensure transparency across all workstreams.
  • Establish and monitor operational performance frameworks for data and dashboard assets, including service reliability, incident management, and performance SLAs. Ensure solutions are production-ready with clear ownership, BAU support models, runbooks, and escalation paths. Define and implement governance standards: documentation, validation, approvals, audit traceability, and periodic reviews. Embed responsible data and AI practices, including explainability, fairness, data privacy controls, and adherence to internal risk and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, adoption tracking, and iterative enhancement of digital solutions.
  • Act as a senior partner, building confidence in data, dashboard and ensuring strong sponsorship for priority initiatives. Lead cross-functional alignment on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across the data engineering portfolio, balancing value, feasibility, and delivery capacity. Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling, transparent reporting, and credible recommendations grounded in data and operational insight.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating solution limitations, assumptions, risks, and governance requirements. Build strong partnerships with technology, data, and business platform teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture.
  • Programme is highly complex, including: a diverse matrix, senior stakeholders, substantial work-streams. Managing across a wide variety of differing core processes and data technologies. Need to be able to work at multiple levels of the organization: senior management to ensure alignment and support for the program as well as project teams responsible for execution and delivery. To be successful in this exciting role, you should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical acumen, and collaborative abilities. Here are the key attributes and qualifications needed:

Experience

  • 12+ years in data/dashboard enablement, BAU transition, governance, service management, or analytics adoption roles within large, complex organisations. Proven track record operationalising data, analytics and PowerAPP solutions and managing BAU support models, with hands-on experience in platform enablement (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, QlikSense, SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training for technology adoption. Experience running governance processes across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix environment. Strong technical understanding of business-facing platforms (SharePoint, PowerApps, Qliksense dashboards, AI tools) and their integration into operational environments.
  • Proficiency in data management principles, including data quality, lineage, access controls, and metadata management. Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management processes. Experience with business analysis techniques: requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development, and solution validation. Ability to design and implement operational controls, including versioning, approvals, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
  • ITIL Foundation or higher (Service Management). Certified Change Management Practitioner (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent). Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent. Data Management certification (e.g., DAMA CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or similar). Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Confident senior stakeholder management with ability to influence without formal authority. Strong ability to translate delivery outputs into operational processes and business adoption plans. Structured, disciplined, and able to drive accountability across teams.
  • Experience in global operations, shared services, or enterprise delivery environments. Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance concepts (golden source, metric definitions, lineage), and regulatory requirements. Experience enabling AI/analytics solutions in BAU environments.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Leadership and team-building mindset.
  • High attention to details and organizational skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and building “from scratch”.
