Position description: Responsible for acquiring and servicing gold loan customers, ensuring compliance with lending norms, and achieving business targets.

Primary Responsibilities

1.Customer acquisition for gold loans 2. Conduct gold valuation and documentation 3. Ensure timely disbursement and repayment tracking 4.Maintain portfolio quality

1.Cross-sell banking products 2. Support branch operations 3. Handle customer queries and complaints
