Designation: Regional Director – Sales

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Director – Sales to lead sales and revenue growth for the assigned region. The role will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving new business acquisition, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The Regional Director will lead and mentor the regional sales team, build a strong sales pipeline, identify new market opportunities, and ensure achievement of regional revenue and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and business growth in line with organizational objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting high-value opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO, HR, L&D, Procurement, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
• Build a healthy regional sales pipeline and ensure effective movement of opportunities across the complete sales cycle.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to strengthen regional sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams such as delivery, operations, consulting, and other business verticals to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
• Review team performance, sales forecasts, pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue metrics regularly.
• Take ownership of regional sales reviews and provide accurate forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development of the team.
  
  

• 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with significant experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Experience in managing a regional sales function/team with ownership of business growth.
• Strong experience in new business development, strategic account management, consultative selling, and relationship building.
• Strong understanding of the corporate L&D, HR, consulting, or business solutions ecosystem will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
