About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager who will drive the performance of the recruitment team and ensure timely, high-quality hiring across functions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, create effective job descriptions, manage end-to-end recruitment, and close positions efficiently. Success in this role means strong stakeholder partnerships, improved recruiter productivity, streamlined hiring processes, and consistent closures.

What You Will Do

Drive the performance, productivity, and delivery of the recruitment team.

Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.

Create and refine job descriptions aligned with role expectations and market standards.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.

Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.

Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.

Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Implement and improve recruitment systems, processes, and workflows.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and closures.

Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Keka – HIRO).

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

Functional Skills

What We Are Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Proven ability to manage and improve recruiter performance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and offer-closing capabilities.

Ability to translate business needs into clear, effective job descriptions.

Process-oriented mindset with a focus on system and data accuracy.

Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools (Keka – HIRO preferred).

Education & Experience

MBA / Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.

6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a people-management role.

Experience hiring for corporate, Non-IT, or EdTech roles is preferred.
