Recruiter Trainee – HR Recruitment (6 Months Internship-to-Hire)

Location: Hyderabad

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in HR and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn recruitment processes, communication skills, and talent acquisition strategies in the IT industry.

Candidates who perform well during the 6-month training period will be considered for permanent placement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand IT recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Learn basic HR operations and onboarding coordination
  • Build professional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employee engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / PGDM or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced IT environment
