As a Qlikview BI Engineer - Manager- Analytics as services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and leading delivery teams to provide exceptional client support. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to optimize client operations
• Guiding delivery teams in project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
• Utilizing automation and process optimization techniques to enhance service delivery
• Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in managed services
• Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve operational performance
• Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and foster professional growth
• Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and facilitate effective communication
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with organizational values

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Qlikview, Designing and Developing dashboards, Data Modelling, Coding exp, Team management experience.
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
