Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer with 810+ years of experience who can design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in automation, infrastructure-as-code, release engineering, and supporting reliable enterprise-grade deployments in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale applications across multiple environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing deployment strategies, environment provisioning, rollback mechanisms, and release automation.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API-based integrations, and distributed systems deployment.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar platforms.
• Ability to collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and architecture teams to streamline DevOps workflows.
• Experience supporting high availability, scalability, and performance optimization across environments.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, access control, secrets management, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Experience managing build optimization, artifact repositories, and version control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience implementing environment standardization and automation frameworks across development lifecycle stages.
• Ability to drive DevOps best practices adoption across teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments with multiple stakeholder and environment dependencies.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and operations team.
