What you will do
Provide comprehensive access and user management for global QC systems, including t-LIMS, iLAB, gLIMS, MODA, CDS, TDS, SMP, WINKQCL, PLA, and Enterprise/Statistica.
Manage Access Control by precisely assigning and maintaining user roles, permissions, and credentials based on system architecture and business needs.
Conduct regular audit and compliance reviews of user access to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory standards, specifically managing "Mover" and "Leaver" processes.
Resolve system troubleshooting issues related to user access and authentication errors, acting as a key liaison between end-users and IT support.
Coordinate training assignments, ensuring all required training is completed and verified prior to account activation within application software.
Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Data Integrity (DI) guidelines in all administrative and technical tasks.
Support data security initiatives by maintaining accurate records of system access and privilege changes.
What we are looking for
Experience in User Management or System Administration within a regulated environment (GxP/GMP preferred).
Technical familiarity with laboratory and quality systems such as LIMS, MODA, or CDS.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and security.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-service-oriented approach to first-level user support.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests across different global platforms.
Understanding of regulatory standards regarding electronic records and signatures (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between quality functions and IT departments.
