Key Responsibilities

Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing operations
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements
Conduct line clearance before batch initiation and after completion
Review batch manufacturing and packing records
Monitor critical process parameters and in-process checks
Handle deviations, incidents, CAPA, change controls, and investigations
Verify calibration status and cleanliness of equipment and area
Support qualification, validation, and regulatory audit activities
Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, and engineering departments
Ensure adherence to safety and quality systems on the shop floor
Participate in self-inspections and compliance improvement initiatives
Train junior QA/IPQA personnel on GMP practices and procedures
