Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other factory requirements .

Identify and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery.

Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.

Manage stores, inventory, inward and outward movements .

Maintain proper stock levels and minimize excess, shortage and wastage.

Monitor purchase orders, supplier payments and pending deliveries.

Coordinate with

Production, Quality, Finance and Management .

Ensure proper documentation, stock records and inventory controls.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Develop and maintain reliable supplier/vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and controls.
