PU1 Support- Architect - Offshore Manager(Hydro Generation)

Location: Pan India

Your Role

As an PU1 Support- Architect - Offshore Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications used within Hydro Power Generation operations. You will work closely with business users, application vendors, engineering teams, and support organizations to investigate, triage, and resolve complex production issues while ensuring seamless business operations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise applications within hydro generation environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve medium to high-complexity production incidents and application issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Support application integrations, APIs, and interfaces between operational and enterprise systems.
• Perform defect analysis, impact assessment, and resolution coordination across multiple teams.
• Monitor application performance and ensure service levels are met.
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools to analyze operational data and support business decision-making.
• Work with PI System and PI DataLink to extract, analyze, and report operational data.
  
  

Domain Experience

Mandatory: Hydro Water Generation industry experience

• Strong understanding of hydro power generation operations and plant processes.
• Experience with asset management and operational technology environments.
• Knowledge of hydro generation business workflows, operational systems, and maintenance processes.
• Understanding of plant performance monitoring and operational reporting requirements.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong experience supporting third-party enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with:
• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Web Applications
• Application Integrations and APIs
• SQL and Data Analysis
• Defect Investigation and Resolution
• Experience troubleshooting medium to high-complexity configurations and production issues.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
• Working knowledge of PI System / PI DataLink for reporting, analysis, and data extraction.
