Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Business Partners, local team members, and Country Medical Leads to ensure accurate and timely transfer of HCP data to the Tiering system.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on collected data, identifying abnormalities and developing reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide remediation support for errors found in the data, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Analyze expert credentials and expertise to determine appropriate tier levels for HCPs
- Regular review of tiering methodology and update as needed
- Development, management and maintenance of tiering database online
- Creating and maintaining an offline platform/process as a business back-up
- Manage and maintain the FMV database: regular review with countries for up-to-date data and handle deviation/exception requests
- Understanding of the Global FMV calculators to ensure compensation aligns with industry standards and company policies
- Assess both HCP and non-HCP tiering documents for accuracy and compliance
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective relationships with internal peers and end stakeholders within allocated geographies
- Conduct regular connects with local country medical teams, and tier validators to ensure alignment and address any issues
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Coordinate the compilation of monitoring reports, verification reports, and other analytics as per agreed timelines and quality standards
- Develop and distribute scientific external expert engagement reports at a regular interval
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and decision-making
- Process Management and Optimization:
- Manage all requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency
- Identify and implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in HCP tiering and FMV determination
- Manage and deliver process training and country specific tools, ensuring team members are up to date with the latest procedures and compliance requirements
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and company policies that may impact HCP tiering and FMV processes
- Collaborate with compliance teams to address any potential issues or discrepancies in HCP engagement practices.
About You
- Education: Bachelor/ Master’s degree required in life sciences stream
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in pharma/life-science companies
Professional Skills
- Knowledge of fair market value principles and healthcare professional compensation practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and HCP engagement practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in managing user data with attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulation
