CittaAI is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation to closure. You will align business goals with technical execution, manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects: scope, plans, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Translate client and business needs into clear scope, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, designers and QA.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and put mitigation plans in place.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, scope changes and cost control.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and senior leadership.
• Provide clear status reports, dashboards and KPIs to management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines and business objectives.
• Strengthen project management processes, tools and best practices across the organisation.
Business Knowledge
• Business analysis, requirement gathering and solution scoping.
• Budgeting, cost control, P&L awareness and ROI analysis.
• Client and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Risk management and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of AI/IT services, market trends and business processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Technical Knowledge
• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Project tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project or similar.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, data and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Reporting and analytics: MS Excel, Power BI.
• Documentation tools: Confluence, Notion, MS Office / Google Workspace.
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA is mandatory (Operations, IT, Systems or General Management preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, AI or tech services.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects and leading teams.
• Willing to work from the office.
