We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10–20 years of professional experience to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of cross-functional delivery, risk management, and end-to-end project lifecycle management, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project Manager will work closely with business, technology, product, operations, and other functional teams to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans. This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating teams across technology, product, operations, business, finance, and other relevant functions.
• Establish project governance, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project disruption and ensure continuity of delivery.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure clear ownership and accountability across project teams and functional stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, requirements, action items, decisions, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure teams are aligned with changes in scope, priorities, processes, or business requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure successful handover, implementation, and post-project evaluation.

• Cross-functional delivery: Proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Strong expertise in identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring project risks.
• End-to-end lifecycle: Experience managing projects across the complete lifecycle from requirements and planning through implementation and closure.
• Strong project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Experience working in sprint-based Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Change Management principles and organizational transformation.
• Strong functional understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with domain specialists.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

10–20 years of relevant experience in project management, program delivery, operations, technology, business transformation, or related fields.

The successful candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, build strong cross-functional relationships, anticipate risks, and drive projects to completion. You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders while also engaging closely with execution teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
