Role Overview

As Project Manager within Delivery, you will own governance and operating rigor across the Darwinbox implementation lifecycle—from sales handover, kick-off, execution, go-live, hypercare , and transition to Customer Success. You will ensure standardized Inflexion process adherence, proactive risk management, delivery excellence, portfolio visibility, and leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Governance & Delivery Excellence
• Own implementation governance, process adherence, documentation, approvals, customer sign-offs , and stage-gate compliance before each phase progresses.
• Provide a holistic project view across functional implementation, integrations, payroll, dependencies, risks, delivery milestones, and stakeholder requirements.
  
  

Manage client and internal stakeholders requirement and drive successful engagement.

• Implementation Lifecycle Management
• Manage pre-kick-off readiness including contract/SOW reviews, sales handover, Account Playbook, high-level plan, partner PODs, SharePoint setup, and PM tool onboarding.
• Drive kick-off readiness from technical checklist completion to end-to-end delivery plan preparation.
• Run client kick-offs, scrums, plan updates, RAID logs, PM tool tracking, MoMs , production migration, hypercare readiness, Customer Success handover, closure reporting, and NPS trigger.
• Project Health, Risk & Governance Reporting
• Monitor project health, flag Amber/Red trends early, escalate risks, delays, and planning gaps, and drive timely mitigation with Implementation and Delivery leaders.
• Conduct governance cadence including SteerCos , WSRs, portfolio reviews, governance decks, and leadership updates covering progress, hours, escalations, actions, owners, and timelines.
• Knowledge Management, CS Transition & Portfolio Operations
• Document customer interactions and decisions through MoMs , BBPs, and structured SharePoint folders, ensuring knowledge transfer before closure.
• Govern Implementation-to-Customer Success transition by tracking stage gates, context, open risks, ownership transfer, and closure readiness.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for capacity, utilization , billable/productivity, gross margins, R/A/G health, delivery risks, and customer lifecycle status.
• Act as the operational bridge between Implementation and Customer Success, ensuring smooth handovers and a complete operational picture.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 8–12 years of Program / Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise product implementations or programs.
• 6+ years of cross-functional team management experience, preferably in a SaaS / enterprise product company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, implementation lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Rocketlane , JIRA, or Atlassian
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to grasp technical subjects and relevant technologies; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to switch between tactical execution and strategic responsibilities while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience building delivery-operations dashboards and governing implementation-to-Customer Success transitions in enterprise SaaS.
