ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project & Operations Manager to join our Professional Services team in India. This role carries a dual mandate of project management and operational activities delivering excellent customer implementation experience for MasterControl products and contributing to the operational health of our PS organization through clean data, accurate reporting, and meaningful business insight.

This person will play a critical role in helping PS leadership understand where we stand holistically across our project portfolio — and how that translates into operational and service delivery excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Coordinate Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Professional Services activities
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables including functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Manage both internal and external project through out the lifecycle of the project,
• Maintain a strong customer focus with a high emphasis on quality in execution.
• Conduct periodic meetings with service partners to align challenges and opportunities to best serve our end customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Education, Professional Services) to develop and deliver partner-specific programs and initiatives.
  
  

PS Operations & Reporting

• Manage and maintain PS operational data audits; coordinate with PS managers on findings and corrections to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Monitor, maintain and act upon department KPIs including resource utilization, billable hours, and timely project billing
• Support revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility by maintaining clean, reliable PS performance data.
• Surface operational insights to PS leadership to enable informed, data-driven decisions across the project portfolio.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end project delivery in a customer-facing Professional Services environment
• Familiarity with QMS or regulated industry (Life Sciences) implementations
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and PS performance metrics (utilization, margin, on-time delivery)
• Critical analytical ability to manage and monitor operational KPIs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Experience in product implementations.
• Analytical and reporting tool experience preferred (Domo, SQL, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills business to native level.

• Full-time, hybrid role based in India
