We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in ERP implementations, Zoho Books setup and customization, and CRM tool deployment . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption of business systems that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).

10+ years of hands-on project management experience, with proven success delivering ERP and CRM implementation projects.

strong understanding and experience of project management discipline. 

Well-versed in project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with proven ability to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budgt.

Strong expertise in Zoho Books and Zoho ecosystem tools.

Experience with end-to-end CRM deployment, process mapping, and workflow automation.

Excellent understanding of business processes such as finance, accounting, sales, procurement, and operations.

Strong analytical, prozblem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in dynamic environments.
