What will you do:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through implementation, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, estimation, and execution.
Build and maintain clear program roadmaps, schedules, and milestone plans while managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define program scope, measurable success criteria, and key performance indicators, tracking progress and driving accountability across stakeholders.
Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements, estimate effort, and proactively remove execution blockers.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, scope, resource, and timeline risks; implement structured risk management and escalation frameworks.
Communicate program status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Facilitate prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
Analyze current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and guide structured change management and implementation efforts.
Coordinate and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum.
Serve as the central communication point for program teams and sponsors, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
Provide mentorship and foster high-performing, collaborative team dynamics.
Support onboarding and training initiatives where required.
Execute additional strategic initiatives as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software product development environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business groups.
Hands on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Planner, Visio, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading complex software development and deployment initiatives, preferably in enterprise or cloud-based environments.
Full software development lifecycle experience, with exposure to Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to drive programs from ideation through delivery, managing scope, risk, dependencies, and execution rigor.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions with engineering teams.
Experience operating in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members and driving accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
Bonus Points
PMI certification or equivalent.
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile process.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
