Project Administrator - IN

About Us

LEDFlex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and is looking to add an experienced Project Administrator. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience in a similar role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will be located in Hyderabad, India.

Role Responsibilities

• Raising quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the estimation process, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
• Manage and maintain client databases.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product information, answer queries and resolve issues.
• Generating reports.
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate internally important feedback.
• Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
  
  

• Salary dependent on experience, negotiable
• Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 10:00 am - 07:00 pm and 05:00 pm - 2:00 am) with one hour break
