Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration Platform Rationalization
• Lead programs to streamline enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Slack and Microsoft Teams).
• Define migration strategies, governance frameworks, and adoption plans.
• Content Management Programs
• Oversee initiatives related to enterprise content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Document Management Systems).
• Drive governance, lifecycle management, and compliance for content repositories.
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Security & Compliance Reporting
• Drive reporting and remediation programs for vulnerability management across collaboration and content platforms.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Awareness & Adoption Programs
• Manage initiatives to raise awareness of enterprise applications and best practices for collaboration and content management.
• Coordinate campaigns, training, and communication plans to improve user engagement.
• Program Governance & Delivery
• Establish governance frameworks for collaboration and content management programs.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.
  

• 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with a focus on collaboration and content management technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams) and content management systems (SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience in vulnerability management and compliance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
