What You Will Do Day-to-day

You will be leading the program and product management function for

GAITech India, which includes people management responsibilities and

IC work. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating user-

facing projects across all sub-teams in GAITech, including project

prioritization and keeping stakeholders abreast of project progress with

periodic communications on timelines and progress. You will also work

with the Talent Development team on running the GAI learning plan,

with the goal of upskilling staff and creating awareness about GAI tools.

Additionally, you will have product management opportunities, including

gathering and prioritizing product/feature requirements and

specifications, defining the product vision, and working closely with

various teams.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should hold -

Basic Qualifications

─ A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related

technical field with around 8 to 12 years of experience in total,

which will include 5 to 8 years of technical program management

experience and at least 2 years of software development

Experience

─ Exceptional program management skills

─ At least 1 year of experience working on Gen AI projects and

products

─ Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills

─ Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

─ Prior people management skills or prior mentorship experience

─ Product management experience with GenAI products

─ Program-management-related Academic Qualifications (e.g., MBA,

PMP)
