To facilitate this transformation, the Business Operations Business Unit has been established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity.

Business Operations will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into global Service Delivery Towers with services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture, among other.

Reporting to the Head of Efficiency and Productivity Initiatives, the Productivity Initiatives Analyst plays a critical role in utilizing advanced analytics to identify, analyze, and drive efficiencies and productivity initiatives across the enterprise.

Main Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Employ advanced analytics techniques to analyze procurement data, extracting valuable insights for process optimization.
• Initiative Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies within procurement operations through data analysis and interpretation.
• Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing input for changes based on analytics findings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align analytics efforts with productivity goals.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in the development and implementation of metrics to monitor the performance and impact of efficiency initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Reporting: Generate reports and updates as required for stakeholders and leadership, communicating key findings and Progress of efficiency initiatives.
  
  

About You

• Experience: experience in analytics, process optimization, or a similar role
• Technical & soft skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques like Tableau, PowerbI, SQL. Knowledge of procurement processes and industry-specific productivity metrics is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
