Job Description

Planning of production operations.
Dashboard for production (for batches sizes and dates for operations etc..)
Ensuring seamless production process by minimizing the equipment down time.
Observing and complying with GxP's, GMP, GLP
Equipment qualifications and vendor co-ordinations.
Improving and reviewing procedures for processes, and training staff to use them.
Make sure all production employees trained on Safety and Quality policies.
Investigate complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.
Compile all production data and prepare report and evaluate.
Lead the auditing, writing, revising, and verifying product process and developing BMR and instruction for recording and reporting of production data.
Monitoring performance of quality control system to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Reviewing in the development of in process product controls and specifications.
Review and approve of new Instruments if any.,
Handling and Investigation of breakdown, change control, Incidents, Deviations and CAPA related to Production.
