We are seeking a Product Owner (PO) to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our data platform and AI-led analytics products. The immediate focus will be on FinSight 360, with a clear expectation to scale the product practice and manage multiple products as the portfolio expands. This role requires a hands-on product professional who can translate complex business requirements into actionable product roadmaps, execution plans, user stories, and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, leadership, business, sales, delivery, and client-facing teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery at scale.

What You Bring

• 5-6 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, with proven experience managing products at scale.
• Hands-on experience working with Data Platforms, AI-led products, analytics platforms, or SaaS-based environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product roadmaps, execution plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Good understanding of cloud-native data architectures, APIs, data pipelines, and modern data ecosystem tools such as Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, handling trade-offs, and aligning delivery with business value.
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum principles with experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, including leadership, engineering, sales, delivery, and client-facing stakeholders.
• Ability to define success metrics, track adoption, measure product impact, and use data-driven insights to improve product direction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  
  

• Hands-on coding, data engineering, analytics, or technical product background.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows, GenAI-enabled analytics, data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to understand product scalability, platform performance, integration needs, and enterprise client expectations.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, release management, and production support processes.
• Prior experience working on products used by banking, financial services, fintech, or enterprise customers will be an added advantage.
  
  

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and execution priorities for FinSight 360 and future product lines.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and the business within Agile development teams.
• Translate business goals, client needs, market inputs, and leadership priorities into clear product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Break down complex requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and sprint-ready work items.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalable design, and continuous value delivery.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, release priorities, sprint goals, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead backlog grooming, prioritization discussions, sprint ceremonies, and feature-readiness reviews.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features from ideation to release, including validation, user feedback, and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, implementation, and support teams to ensure product positioning, client readiness, and smooth product adoption.
• Track product metrics, usage patterns, risks, dependencies, and adoption insights to continuously optimize product direction.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data platforms, AI, analytics, GenAI, digital product development, and enterprise product management.
