Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis Across Multiple Products:
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and teams to gather and define detailed business requirements for various products
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within each domain.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Participate in evaluating Request for Information (RFI) for potential product or technology vendors, assessing their solutions, capabilities, and fit with the business requirements.
  • Collaborating with Development & QA Teams:
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and that business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases, ensuring the product meets both business requirements and quality standards.
  • Support in validating product builds and ensuring the successful resolution of issues before launch.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., UX/UI, product owners) to design features and functionalities that optimize the customer experience across properties, jobs, and user interactions.
  • Create and analyze customer journey maps, identify friction points, and suggest improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and use data insights to propose new features or modifications.
  • Product Lifecycle Support:
  • Assist Product Owners in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features that align with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between business, design, and technical teams during the product development process.
  • Support product launches by helping to create launch plans, product documentation, and training materials.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate communication between different teams (business, QA, dev, product owners) to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and features.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and success metrics.
  • Manage expectations and help resolve any conflicts or misalignments between business priorities and technical constraints.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of product features post-launch through user feedback, analytics, and KPIs (e.g., user engagement, NPS, customer retention).
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with QA, dev teams, and product owners to implement changes for better performance.
  • Report regularly on product progress, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing Support:
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the product meets both functional and non-functional requirements before release.
  • Assist in defining acceptance criteria for each user story and ensure thorough testing across all products
  • Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution, ensuring high-quality releases.
